In Minecraft, glow berries is a new item that was introduced in the Caves & Cliffs Update: Part I. Glow berries give off light and make it easier to see in the dark caves. You can also eat glow berries to restore your Hunger bar (or sometimes called Food bar) and each one eaten restores 1 drumstick in your Hunger Bar.

Glow berries is an item that you can not make with a crafting table or furnace. Instead, you need to find and gather this item in the game.

How to get Glow Berries in Survival Mode

You can add glow berries to your inventory in Survival mode by finding glow berries and gathering them. So, let's get started!

1. Find Glow Berries

First, you need to find glow berries in the game. Glow berries are found growing in the Lush Caves biome.

2. Break the Glow Berries

The game control to break the glow berries depends on the version of Minecraft:

For Java Edition (PC/Mac), left click and hold on the glow berries.
For Pocket Edition (PE), you tap and hold on the glow berries.
For Xbox One, press and hold the RT button on the Xbox controller.
For PS4, press and hold the R2 button on the PS controller.
For Nintendo Switch, press and hold the ZR button on the controller.
For Windows 10 Edition, left click and hold on the glow berries.
For Education Edition, left click and hold on the glow berries.

3. Pick up the Glow Berries
