Background
The Fatal Poison effect is a status effect that does damage to your health every 1.25 seconds and turns the hearts in your health bar to a yellowish-green.
The Fatal Poison effect can kill you by damaging your health down to 0 hearts. This is much different from the Poison effect which won't kill you because it will pause when your health is at 1 point (or half heart ).
There are levels of Fatal Poison such as Fatal Poison II, Fatal Poison III, Fatal Poison IV and so on. The higher the level of Fatal Poison, the faster the fatal poison will damage you and eventually kill you.

When the Fatal Poison effect wears off, the icon and particle effects will disappear and the hearts in your health bar will return to their original red color. You will be back to your normal status.
