1. Open the Crafting Menu
First, open your crafting table so that you have the 3x3 crafting grid that looks like this:

In the crafting menu, you should see a crafting area that is made up of a 3x3 crafting grid. To make an Arrow of Strength (1:00), place 8 arrows and 1 Lingering Potion of Strength (2:00) in the 3x3 crafting grid.
When making an Arrow of Strength (1:00), it is important that the items are placed in the exact pattern as the image below. In the first row, there should be 3 arrows. In the second row, there should be 1 arrow in the first box, 1 Lingering Potion of Strength (2:00) in the second box and 1 arrow in the third box. In the third row, there should be 3 arrows.
