You can craft cooked porkchop in Survival Mode using either a furnace or a smoker.
1. Open the Furnace Menu
First, open your furnace so that you have the Furnace menu that looks like this:

Next, you need to add fuel to the bottom fuel box in the furnace.

3. Add Items to make Cooked Porkchop
Next, place the raw porkchop in the top box of the furnace. You should see the flames cooking the raw porkchop.
Once the raw porkchop is cooked in the furnace, the cooked porkchop will appear in the box to the right.
4. Move the Cooked Porkchop to Inventory
Now that you have made cooked porkchop in your furnace, you need to move the new item to your inventory.
