Required Materials to make this Potion
In Minecraft, these are the materials materials you can use to craft a Potion of Poison (1:30/2:00):
How to craft this Potion in Survival Mode
1. Open the Brewing Stand menu
First, open your brewing stand so that you have the Brewing Stand menu that looks like this:
2. Add Blaze Powder to Activate the Brewing Stand
Start by adding blaze powder in the far left box to activate the brewing stand.
3. Add Items to make this Potion
In the Brewing Stand menu, you place ingredients in the top box and the potions are created in the bottom three boxes.
To make a Potion of Poison (1:30/2:00), you will need 1 Potion of Poison (0:45) and 1 redstone dust.
Place the Potion of Poison (0:45) in one of the bottom boxes in the Brewing Stand menu. Then add the redstone dust to the top box.
Once the brewing process is complete, you will hear a "glug glug glug" sound and the redstone dust will disappear. The Potion of Poison (1:30/2:00) will now be finished.
TIP: If you hover over the potion in the Brewing Stand, you will see the name of the potion and its effects.
Your bottle will now contain a Potion of Poison (1:30/2:00).
If you drink the Potion of Poison (1:30/2:00), it will poison you for 1 minute and 30 seconds in Java Edition or 2 minutes in Bedrock Edition (PE, Win10, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch).
You probably don't want to poison yourself. So, try turning the Potion of Poison (1:30/2:00) into a Splash Potion of Poison (1:30) to throw at another mob. This will poison the mob for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
